Terms & Conditions — tkbaje Platform

01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "tkbaje", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the tkbaje platform, operated at tkbaje.club and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the tkbaje platform.
• "Account" — refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on tkbaje.
• "Platform" — refers to the entirety of the tkbaje website, mobile web interface, software, games, betting markets, payment system, and related services available at tkbaje.club.
• "Balance" — refers to the sum of real-money funds held in a player's tkbaje account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded to a player that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "BDT" — Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, represented by the ৳ symbol. All transactions on tkbaje are denominated in BDT.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a player must wager (in aggregate qualifying bets) before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process tkbaje may apply to any account at any time.
• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which governs all timestamps and deadlines on the tkbaje platform.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Use of the tkbaje platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. tkbaje enforces a strict minimum age policy in accordance with responsible gambling principles.
2. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of tkbaje is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of tkbaje, or a close family member of such a person.
5. You have not previously had an account closed by tkbaje for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

tkbaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, or source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of deposits, withdrawals, or the account itself pending verification.

03 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one tkbaje account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tkbaje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balance including deposits made to secondary accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. tkbaje will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkbaje support immediately via live chat or by emailing support at tkbaje.club.

tkbaje reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or its players.

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting tkbaje support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to successful KYC verification.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tkbaje are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200; minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200; minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳200; minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳300; minimum withdrawal ৳500
• Visa / Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500; minimum withdrawal ৳1,000
• Bank Transfer — minimum deposit ৳1,000; minimum withdrawal ৳1,000

Deposits are typically credited to a player's tkbaje account within seconds for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within one to three business hours for card and bank transfers, subject to third-party processing times. tkbaje does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 hours of a verified request, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC checks. tkbaje reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal where the source of funds is unclear, or where the withdrawal amount is significantly disproportionate to the player's deposit history.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same tkbaje account. tkbaje does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, including accounts held in a different name than the registered account holder. All withdrawals are subject to anti-money-laundering checks; tkbaje is obligated to flag suspicious transaction patterns to the relevant authorities.

tkbaje reserves the right to impose deposit limits, withdrawal limits, or temporary holds on transactions where there is reasonable cause to do so in the interests of player protection or platform integrity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

tkbaje offers a range of promotional incentives including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

1. Welcome Bonus (200%): New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus up to a maximum bonus amount as specified at the time of the promotion. The welcome bonus is credited automatically upon deposit and is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.
2. Eligible Games: Wagering requirements may be fulfilled through qualifying sports bets (minimum odds of 1.50 per selection) or eligible casino and slots games. Bets placed on excluded game types (as specified in the promotion terms) will not count toward the wagering requirement.
3. Expiry: All bonuses expire within 30 calendar days of being credited to a player's account unless otherwise stated. Any unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
4. One Bonus Per Household: Only one welcome bonus is permitted per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Abuse Prevention: tkbaje reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or wagering patterns designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine recreational play intent.
6. Variation: tkbaje may alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activities on the tkbaje platform, including cricket, football, volleyball, and all other available markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tkbaje does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets unless a clear pricing error has occurred on the platform's part.
• tkbaje reserves the right to limit, void, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is suspected to be based on inside information, where odds were published in error, or where the bet would pose an unacceptable risk to the platform's integrity.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant market, which are detailed within each betting market on the platform. In general, events not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided unless alternative settlement rules are stated.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated in real time. tkbaje cannot guarantee the availability of in-play markets on any specific event and reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the individual betting interface. Limits may vary by market, event, player account history, and bet type.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to a player's account balance following official settlement of the relevant event. Settlement times may vary and are subject to the receipt of official results from recognised providers.

07 Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on tkbaje, including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, are subject to the following terms:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are audited for fairness and integrity. tkbaje does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and casino games are as stated by the respective game provider. tkbaje does not modify RTP settings from those provided by the licensed game studios.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance. If it is not possible to determine the state of the game at the time of the malfunction, the wager will be refunded.

08 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or manipulate the platform's systems.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit. Where such exploitation is identified, tkbaje will void all related bets and recover any funds extracted.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event or casino game.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the tkbaje platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the tkbaje platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

tkbaje employs fraud detection systems that monitor all betting activity continuously. Patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will trigger an automatic review. tkbaje's determination in such matters is final.

09 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data provided by players to tkbaje is governed by the tkbaje Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the tkbaje platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tkbaje applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between players and the platform. Player account data and transaction records are stored securely and are not sold or rented to third parties except as required by law, or as necessary to operate the platform (such as sharing data with payment processors for the purposes of transaction verification).

10 Responsible Gaming

tkbaje's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their tkbaje account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkbaje does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. tkbaje will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime or connectivity issues, including those caused by third-party service providers.

12 Amendments to These Terms

tkbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tkbaje will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via the on-platform notification system or by email to the address registered on their account.

Your continued use of the tkbaje platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.

13 Termination

tkbaje may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory directive, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the platform's integrity, other players, or tkbaje itself.

Upon termination for breach, tkbaje reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, void unsettled bets, and withhold withdrawals pending a full account review. Real-money balances not involved in suspected fraudulent activity will be returned to the player following completion of the review, subject to applicable KYC requirements.
